Denbora pasa ahala, ahoz-ahoko tradizioak ñabardura eta kutsu desberdinez jantziko ditu tartean ziren pertsonaiak. Stacker Lee, Stagolee, Stack-A-Lee edo Stack O'Lee pertsona bera dira, kontalariaren arabera gaizkiaren irudi edo egoeraren biktima. Hala ere, kontakizun guztiek daukate amaiera bera: Stackek Billy tiroz hil zuen.

On Christmas night, 1895, Lee Shelton murders William Lyons in St. Louis, Missouri, as appeared in the St. Louis Globe-Democrat. Over the years, this event will evolve into a popular song, recorded by many different musicians.
Joseba B.Lenoir revisits the song Stack Shot Billy by The Black Keys, picking up the story where they left off. The lyrics have been translated to Euskera by Beñardo Goietxe.
